Move Over, Sodas. Make Way for H20.

Don't forget to hydrate. Your body needs at least 64 ounces (or 8 glasses) of water every day. It helps eliminate the impurities in your body naturally, keeps you feeling full between meals, and prevents headaches caused from dehydration. So, drink more water or tea (skip the sugar).
